If you have been selected as a Division Coordinator, please follow these steps:

1. Prior to the beginning of the season, call or email the teams in your division introducing yourself. 
2. Explain to the teams that you need the scores called or emailed to you within 2 hours of the completion of game completion. Please note that in addition to the score, teams should provide you with the number of referees present.
3. You do not have to be home when the teams report the scores.
4. After you have received all of your scores, enter them into the data base.
