From VA: Take I-66 or the GW Parkway to Rosslyn and go over the Potomac River on the Key Bridge into DC. Turn left at end of bridge onto M Street/Canal Road. In 0.5 miles, at the fork of Canal Road and Foxhall Road, bear right up the hill on Foxhall Road. In one mile, after passing the intersection with Reservoir Road, turn left on Whitehaven Parkway. Immediately turn right into the campus, and park in the campus garage on your left (free on weekends). From the garage walk up the hill to the field. DO NOT PARK ON "W" Street or elsewhere on campus, besides in the garage. NO PETS!

From MD: Exit 40 from I-495 towards Washington on the Cabin John Parkway/Clara Barton Parkway, continue inbound as it turns into Canal Road. Approx 150 yards past the Chain Bridge exit, turn left at the light on Arizona Avenue. At the top of the hill, turn right on MacArthur Boulevard (beware of automated speed traps on these roads). Bear left at the fork onto Reservoir Road, keeping the firehouse on your left. Proceed to the intersection with Foxhall Road and turn left. Proceed on Foxhall Road 1/3 mile and turn left on Whitehaven Parkway. See above.

Go about 1/2 mile, passing Riverside Elementary School on the right and Mt. Vernon High School Athletic Fields on the left. Make a right turn into GW Rec Center, just past Riverside Elementary School. From the south: Take Rt. 1 North. Just past Woodlawn Plantation (on left), turn right at the light onto Rt. 235 (Mt. Vernon Memorial Hwy). There is an Exxon station at this corner. Drive several miles, passing Grist Mill Park on the left. At the second traffic light after Grist Mill Park, turn left onto Old. Mt.Vernon Rd (Rt. 623). Turn left into GW Rec Center, opposite Mt. Vernon High School (on right). Parking is in front of the Rec Center. Fields are behind the Rec Center. Field 1 is the farther field; field 2 is the closer field.

From east: West on I-66 to the Gainesville, Rte 29 S exit. Go approximately 9 miles on Re 29 S. The gravel farm entrance is at he lop of a long hill on the right. There are yellow blinking lights on either side of the road two-thirds of the way up the hill. There is a Glanamman Farm sign, a Glanamman Way street sign marking the entrance. If you see the road to Airle (Rte. 605) you have gone too far.

From Culpepper: Take Rte 29 N bypass around Warrenton. Go through three lights after the by-pass. Last light is at Rte 605. Go to top of hill and look left and you can see the Flanamman Farm entrance. However, you cannot turn left at the top of the hill because there is no cross over. Go down the hill and make a U-turn and go back up the hill to the Glanamman Farm.
