1. Contact the WAGS Office and WAGS President within 48 hours of notification of the conflict  

2. In the email, state the WAGS Game number  
   

3. Contact the opponent immediately after notifying the President and the WAGS office  

4. Teams will have 72 hours to agree on a new date (per the Important League Reminders)

5. Refer to the WAGS Rule I.6.d regarding State Cup and Presidents Cup conflicts.
