1. Contact the WAGS Office and WAGS President within 48 hours of notification of the conflict  

2. In the email, state the WAGS Game number   (if available)

3. Contact the opponent immediately after notifying the President and the WAGS office  

4. The game in conflict will be rescheduled to the next available date for both teams.  

5. Refer to the WAGS Rules regarding State Cup and Presidents Cup conflicts.
