Page 11 Section M First Box Delete: “UNDER 12 AND YOUNDER AGE GROUPS” HEADING
Page 11 Section M First Box Delete: “Team Officials”
Change to Read: ALL AGE GROUPS “COACHES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF THEIR PARENTS AND SPECTATORS. IF A SPECTATOR’S CONDUCT WARRANTS THE ISSUANCE OF A YELLOW AND/OR RED CARD, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED AS AWARDED TO THE COACH AND REFERRED TO THE R&D DIRECTOR FOR ACTION”
Page 11 Section M Delete: Second box “UNDER 13 AND OLDER AGE GROUPS”
Reason: Due to the increasing objectionable sideline behavior at WAGS events, the WAGS Board strongly recommends this rule change. The change will provide the referee an intermediate step prior to game suspension and forfeiture, which penalizes the players. Therefore, we must hold coaches accountable for sideline behavior.

Page 11 Section M.1 Add: “by a WAGS carded official” Delete: “WAGS” Friendly Amendment
Delete: “OF PLAYERS OR REFEREES”
Delete: “by the referee”
Change to read: PHYSICAL VIOLENCE, FOUL AND ABUSIVE LANGUAGE OR HARASSMENT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Such conduct will be reported by a WAGS carded official to the R & D Director even in situations where cards were not issued. Any incident of a player or coach issued a Red Card for physical violence, assault or abuse directed against a referee or linesmen will be subject to an automatic review by the WAGS Board of Directors. The use of noise making or amplifying devises is PROHIBITED. Carded team officials are prohibited from smoking on the sidelines during a scheduled WAGS game.
Reason: Because altercations occurring between spectators may not be observed by the referee, we must depend on our carded officials to notify the league regarding any such incident.
