Change to read: A MSYSA WAGS Roster may not contain more than five (5) multiple-rosters (secondary) players. WAGS only allows five (5) previously rostered players. Previously rostered players are either a transfer or a multiple-rostered (secondary) player. Motion passed

Change to read: For U-12 through U-19 a maximum of eighteen (18) eligible players may be listed on a roster at any time. Each player listed must be registered with the State Association in which she resides which her parent(s) or guardian(s). A minimum of seven (7) players must be listed on a roster in order for a team to be duly constituted.

Reason: WAGS primary goal is to provide the most competitive environment possible for all teams. When the opportunity arises for active WAGS teams to participate in an even more competitive environment it is in the best interest of the player/team development to permit this inter league competition. Because we are a sanctioned USYS/Region 1 participant, we reserve the right to only sanction play in these organizations.
