NO player shall be registered who was born on or after August 1, 1994.  All WAGS U-11 teams must have a minimum of seven (7) players born August 1, 1992 through July 31, 1993. 

Page 12 N.2.b.3 Add:    If a referee instructs a coach to leave the field, without showing a red card, that coach has been ejected and shall be assessed five (5) points.

Change to read:  If a player or coach receives a Red Card, the player/coach must be ejected and shall be assessed five (5) points. If a referee instructs a coach to leave the field, without showing a red card, that coach has been ejected and shall be assessed five (5) points.      Approved

Proposed Rule Changes

Page 1 Section C (add number 3.) Clubs that do not provide sufficient field allocation, (1field for every four WAGS/NCSL) will not be permitted to submit additional teams for admission to the League in U-12 and above.     Failed

Move the following:  his/her opponent and Division Coordinator

Delete:  The home team coach is responsible for notifying his/her opponent and Division Coordinator.

Page 8 Section I.6.c  Add:  Failure to do so will result in an automatic league forfeit.

Change to read:  For WEEKDAY games, the home team coach may judge the fields under their responsibility to be unplayable due to weather conditions.  If the home team coach declares the field unplayable, it shall be his/her responsibility to notify the WAGS President (or designee) and his/her opponent and Division Coordinator at least three (3) hours prior to kick-off.  Approved as written – Clubs opposed:  SWYA, GSC, HERN, FREE, ARL

Change to read: Failure to report to the WAGS President games in conflict with State Cup Competition,  High School Soccer Games, ODP Games, and/or weekday field closures will result in an automatic forfeit.

Change to read:  Failure to notify your opponent of game cancellation (State Cup, High School soccer or ODP game conflict, or weekday field closures), AFTER NOTIFYING THE LEAGUE PRESIDENT (or designee) will result in an automatic forfeiture. Failure may also result in fines equal to that of a complete game’s fees to the offending team. Approved as written with friendly amendment.  Clubs opposed: FWAS
